A Balance Your Life #1 Collaborative Post

Hello everyone! Welcome to our blog we appreciate your stopping in for a visit! This is our very first Balance Your Life offering, a new weekly series we are doing with three other lovely bloggers. Our goals are to share information with everyone on how to balance your life with Spirit, Mind, Body and Heart.

Our team Spirit is Heather @ My Sweet Mission. Please visit her to see what awesomeness she is sharing today.

Our team Body is Caroline @ Fit Pink Mom. She has super easy exercises that anyone can do to get their body moving. Stop by and get to moving! 

Our team Heart is Shari @ Pure Grace Farms and she will be sharing healthy recipes with us, so go take a peek in her kitchen!

And we are the team Mind and we will share easy crafts you can make from items found in the home, great book reviews, fun games and activities to build memory and some positive reinforcement exercises – things to get that mind moving!

And to make this series even more fun, one time a month we will shake things up by swapping spots and post on a different topic!

For our first post and the start of this series we want to encourage everyone in positive thinking. As always, these are suggestions, this is voluntary not mandatory. But I hope you will give it a shot!

Happy Notes

Grab a notebook, note pad, sheet of paper, a roll of tp – something you can write on – and something to write with.  Place these items where you will see them when you first get up in the morning – by the bed, in the bathroom, by the coffee pot – wherever. As soon as possible after waking, take your paper and pen and jot down two things – 

1. Something that makes YOU happy

2. Something you can do today to make someone else happy!

Happy Dance

Make sure you take the time each day to experience what makes you happy and to spread that happiness to others. Do this every day for 100 days and try not to duplicate your answers. By the end of the 100 days you should realize that you wake up more energetic, ready to face the day and happier than in the past! What a powerful change by taking just a couple of minutes to jot down a couple of notes!!
